The Lord Chancellor represented Her Majesty's Government. Vice-President Spiro Agnew represented the US Government. Document includes proclamation by the President of the US to the people of the US announcing the death of Harry S Truman. Also included are statements by President Nixon and Secretary of State William P. Rogers and a message of Condolence from British Prime Minister Edward Heath to President Nixon.
